Second, Complete registration form, intake documents, such as service agreements consents, and disclaimers, complete an initial membership intake form, make your membership payment to open your account, Set your schedule or mental health routine, and stay active with your established routine.

After completing registration, selecting a plan and submitting the initial payment for the selected plan, the member will setup the cadence of their weekly mental health Excercise activities. To include frequency of visits either daily, or  1, 2, 3, 4,  or 5 days per week. Special groups will be announced quarterly and on a to be announced basis (TBA). Now consistently work the plan you selected. Go to the app to engage in Excercise activities.

Joint Heir Productions is more than just a proactive mental health fitness club – it's a community dedicated to fostering mental well-being. We understand the challenges that come with seeking mental health support, especially when financial constraints or lack of insurance gets in the way. That's why we've made it our goal to ensure that mental health fitness is accessible to the average person, providing resources and support that are often overlooked in traditional healthcare systems. JHP exists to provide holistic viability specifically as an affordable alternative to insurance with copays and/or Exspensive out of pocket cost for mental health care.

Our Mission

Our mission at JHP is to make mental healthcare and fitness available to most people, whether you have insurance, lack coverage, or when Medicare/medicaid are rejected or denied mental health service JHP is an available alternative. We strive to also maintain the freedom to include God in our interventions and treatment modalities.

We provide tools to measure participation  progress,  success, and achievements,  We encourage journaling, and keeping progress logs. We Teach coping, adjustment, and acceptance skills. Also we recommend self-monitoring and self-regulations, we work towards symptom reduction and negative thought reframing.
